Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation Booking (₹199 Discovery Call):

• The consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers Dr. Pooja’s time and initial resources shared with you.

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, you may reschedule once (with at least 24 hours’ notice).

Nutrition Programs / Packages:

• Once a customised plan or package is delivered, no refunds are provided since these are digital and personalised services.

• If you wish to cancel a longer program midway, no partial refunds will be issued.

Technical Issues:

• If payment is deducted but you do not receive confirmation, please contact us with proof of payment. We will ensure your slot is confirmed or provide a resolution within 3–5 business days.
