All along the journey you will need a lot of determination. We often take easy and forget to focus on our determination (the diet as well as the workout). For me, fitness is all about Health, Happiness and Confidence. These can only be possible without a strong support system and for me it was provided by Dr. Pooja Arora and her team.
I've been a gym rat since last more than three years but never got the desirable results, because every trainer (read premium trainer) always put me on a "paneer diet "...knowing that I am a vegetarian. After getting frustrated from no result and just working like a donkey in the gym, I finally turned to Dr pooja Arora. I was a special case, as my metabolism is very sensitive and delicate. She understood that and gave me a calibrated, wholesome meal.
She always emphasizes that fitness means having a holistic approach and did not let my muscle mass drop while I strength train. She was a determined and positive bent of mind and she always uplifted my confidence, self- esteem by focussing on my strengths and gradually letting me work on my weakness. In any success story, there is almost always some sort of setback for stagnation. The same thing happened with me and I was more frustrated back then. Pooja ji help me navigate tough plateau phase and I was able to overcome it. Finally, my fat percentage now is 24 from a gross 37% and The journey is still on.
