This time around, I really don't want to state the Transformation Statistics or the Story along the Journey as that would just steal away all the due credit of the transformation from the one who truly and exclusively deserves it.

A big shout out to KHUSHBU BAROT who had been struggling alot to lose her fat since long but was unable due to the improper methods. She had tried certain trending diets but those were not sustainable. There is never such thing that a diet that worked wonders for someone will work the same for everyone. Each individual has a different body, different temperaments, different work schedules and most importantly different GOALS.

I believe that in today's fake web world, if you find someone's work to be genuine and applaudable, it's time to publicly show some appreciation and gratitude towards them.
I'm lucky to have such a person in my life, in form of my Nutrutionist Dr. Pooja Arora. I clearly remember the day I approached her as I was extremely depressed with my body. Needless to mention about the different ways I tried to control my weight in the past, but with no results.

6 months down the lane, the figures are quite interesting:
32 kgs of weight loss, from 96 kgs slashing down to 68 kgs.

Sometimes the hardest part of the journey to any goal is to keep yourself motivated. Whether you’re trying to get fitter, or on a mission to finally stop using your floor as a closet, staying on track can be tough. This brings down to one of my couple transformations journey from Delhi.
