Let me take you all through an amazing story of one of the most dedicated and disciplined client Mr. Ketan Kharwar, who is actually one of the initial client's of my clinic. He is the perfect example of the proverb, "Age is just a number."

It's been 2 years, Mr. Kharwar has never deviated from the diet charts I have planned for him, neither has he ever skipped his workouts. Very few people are as dedicated as him, and his discipline has made him reach a goal which many people of his age might never even think of. At 47 years, he has reduced his weight to 64 kgs which earlier was 83.5 kgs and amazingly reached a body fat of 10.2% from 30%.

He has worked very hard to reach these amazing goals of weight loss as well as muscle strength.

His last layers of stubborn fat has been taken off through Body Contouring at our clinic in the past 2 months.

I always tell my clients to be as dedicated as much they want to get the results. I'll put in 100% of my brains to work on your charts but it's you who need to put in their cent percent to achieve what you desire.

One more transformation to our diary. He is Mr Sushil kothari. A dedicated gym freak who lately realised the importance of diet. In order to transform yourself the right mix of nutrients, water, rest, activity and GUIDANCE is all you need. This transformation post is dedicated to the journey of my client, Havan Choksi and his different phases of transformation. His transformation is different from others, since it involves phases like, Cutting the fats and bulking the muscles. Bulking or building up the muscles is like a therapy, people often get confuse with gaining weight when it comes to building or bulking. Bulking, in fact is the transformation where you will experience no fat gain. Bulking is the process of gaining the lean mass, which null and void the possibility of adding fat to your body. This post is dedicated to the transformation story of Mr Ketan Ahir, a well known fitness coach of a reputed gym, who was following a healthy workout regime. We have assisted him in modifying his diet in order to gain pure lean muscles. The process went through a lot of cutting, gaining then cutting bit by bit and the end result of transformation of bulking muscle is amazing. To me, transformation means reassessing and then taking action on redefining and remolding yourself to the best of your ability. You have to push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you. This is a transformation story of my client Muskan Kapadia, with a medical condition of PCOS. For those, who are not aware of the condition, it is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which is a common endocrine disorder in females. Hormones are related to fats and if the percentage increases or decreases beyond the normal range, hormonal imbalance occurs. PCOS is a lifestyle disorder and continues to grow and mess with your life in various forms, until you change your mind, beliefs and make new choices. It cannot be treated through medicines and food consumption plays a vital role in PCOS. Considering the medical condition, her diet was planned in such a way that has not only helped her in regulating her hormonal levels, but has contributed in managing her weight to a great extent. Her weight has shed to 13Kgs in 3 Months and fat has reduced from 42% to 28%. One must believe in themselves and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle. Muskan, has believed in herself and it was her dedication which has turned out in such positive outcomes. I wish Muskan a healthy and happy life ahead.

We all want to be healthy and fit. But for many of us, setting a goal to lose weight is a lot easier said than done. A weight loss journey can also feel isolating without a strong support system.

So it was just a decision and time to make a change .
Not hoping for a drastic change but yes just a statement for a healthy body .

Crossing the 2 digit figure and living with that became a challenge : physically and mentally . So this challenge was accepted but it didn’t happen right away .
